Add support for https://github.com/grpc-ecosystem/grpc-spring

  • Spring 3.3.x support
  • Rename previous grpc modules to xxx-grpc-lognet
  • New ecosystem grpc module
    • same unit tests as lognet module
  • New shared grpc code module

Breaking changes (i.e. for lognet grpc):

  • Renamed interceptors (i.e. new packages)
  • Renamed artifacts
    • jwt-spring-grpc -> jwt-spring-grpc-lognet
  • GrpcAuthorization is now specific to lognet/ecosystem
    • GrpcAuthorization -> LognetGrpcAuthorization
  • Various configuration / property classes has moved to other packages

Properties configuration should be backwards compatible.
