Estimate spike-in reads from SNAP-CHIP spikein

Options:
  [no option],             show this help message and exit
  -i input file (fastq|fq|gz|bz2|fa|fasta)
  -b barcode file in fasta format (default:K-MetStat_v1.0.fa)
  -k keep tmp file 
  -m number of mismatch allowed
  -o output dir
  -v show VERSION
