climateR0

{climateR0} is an R package to estimate relative R0 from temperature data for climate sensitive diseases.

{climateR0} is developed at the Centre for the Mathematical Modelling of Infectious Diseases at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine as part of Epiverse-TRACE.

Installation

You can install the development version of packagetemplate from GitHub with:

# install.packages("pak")
pak::pak("epiverse-trace/climateR0")
