Minor release to improve handling of a DOI held as a URL in the id_number field.

Dimensions Badge

EPrints package to display a Dimensions Badge.

By default this will render the badge in an EPrints Box, but the package also includes utilities to test and render a badge via EPScript.

This release includes javascript that works with the default EPrints interface to hide the EPrints box if there are no citations for an item and the 'hide zero citations' attribute has been used for the badge.
