v1.1.0: Public Release

Public release on dedalus-users before I leave academia, now with:

• READMEs for examples!
• mypy type checking!
• Linting using black!

d3 compatibility, spheres, and volume plots

This release updates revamps the way that plotpal interacts with dedalus files such that it works generally with both dedalus versions 2 and 3. Other new features include:

• Plotting dedalus slices on the surfaces of volume renderings of boxes and spheres (largely through pyvista)
• Polar slice plotting
• Spherical surface projection slice plotting
• Rolled profile plotting
• Reorganized examples/ directory including a new template/ directory for scripts that allow the user to create custom post-processing analysis scripts.

Base plotting functionality for 0D, 1D, 2D, and select 3D data

Plotting code is rough, but functional. Can create many of the basic day-to-day "doing science" plots necessary for interacting with Dedalus data.
