Reopened PR #98 which was closed by mistake

Fixed the folliwing issues in the solidity/10_Wallet.sol file:

Comments don't correspond to the code

Errors description is outdated / not full

The flag = 0 with arbitrary value is used after tvm.accept() what makes Tx Replay possible


          improve 10_Wallet with additional comments & change transfer flag to +2
