Backend

Transition to a mostly API backend, maybe using Laravel.

Frontend

Phase out the old YUI 2 code, until we can remove yui2-bundle entirely.

Transition towards more client-side templating with Vite, Vue 3, using multiple "entries" in Rollup bundling.
