Sometimes it's really handy to be able to compute the embeddings once and decode multiple times without preserving memory.

Example:

web endpoint computes embeddings once, taking around 15s on cpu, embeddings are saved to file
this and other web endpoints can now create masks in < 1s by loading previously generated embeddings
