The new action will centralize go version so we stop having them peppered accross different files. It also provides simple "strategies" that cover all our cases (canary, latest-stable, old-stable). Cache is currently disabled to avoid 429 issues with Github. Signed-off-by: apostasie <[email protected]>

Lint issue is containerd/nerdctl#3761 and will be fixed with #34 Project checks issue will be fixed with upcoming changes. arm stuck because we do not have access to arm machines. Will be removed. |
