• Fix Windows 7 missing glyphs on toolbar buttons (since these came from Segoe UI Symbol which GDI lacks character fallback for on Windows 7) by replacing them with text.

• High DPI fixes (as higher resolution monitors are becoming more common), fixing the attribute value edit height and column width on high which were too small.

• Display selected object now directly in the content window by drawing with a darker highlighted color.
• Ctrl+Left click now toggles object selection.
• Copy, delete, shift up/down buttons now all work even in simple settings mode (not just full mode).
• Default sample text includes color emoji characters.
