The minimum supported Rust version is now 1.63, due to the tempfile dependency. Also fix/silence newly introduced Clippy warnings.
CircleCI is only used for testing on ARM, hence removing all other job. The package hasn't been packaged or published to github since 2020, no one missed it, hence remove those jobs and scripts.

@cryptonemo can you please remove the "required" runs from the CircleCI runs as we no longer run them. |
