Notes:

• This is a WIP
• The terraform scripts are incomplete - they will create a fully configured AKS cluster but I still need to add the ACR registry
• The containers all start up, backend services are able to connect to the DB and the Angular frontend can be accessed from the publicly exposed IP, but it does not seem to be correctly accessing the backend services.
• Need to add automation to generate the docker images, tag and push to the ACR

@rocketstack-matt take a look at the PR from @matthewgardner ( #206 ) - using tilt.dev and added the k8s specific configs to get things rolling for gitops. Perhaps we build off of that?
