Action Items

1. Pick Chair and Minuter (KS to pick).
2. ALL: (ongoing) triage the open issues and confirm if they are indeed still open (and perhaps provide labels)
3. CW/KS: Test PETSc main against current Firedrake (passed on to Koki)
4. JB: Look into updating the @parallel test marker (ongoing)
5. DH: talk to Jemma about Firedrake 2022

Apologies:

• PETSc merge pending on others
• @parallel test marker still ongoing
• 12th - 23rd September Firedrake meeting, we need to hunt for the location
• Vectorisation PR is ready https://github.com/OP2/PyOP2/pull/654/files --> Good to go, vectorisation will be default.
• Robust dropping of all zeros for DG matrices is difficult, maybe we could do it with a preconditioner

Merge PRs

• vertex only mesh for periodic mesh fix
• strong BCs for SCPC
