type: gitto improve readabilitymbedtls 2.28 is supposed to by EOL end of 2024, so I guess it should be updated
Tried updating the runtime to 5.15-24.08, but the aarch64 build failed. I guess this is related to these mbedtls upstream issues #9895 and #9875
