This PR addresses (for novelty feature, but not slicing) PR #148.
In max this adds the fluid.bufdatanoveltyfeature~ object (and similar for other environments).
Here's a patch to compare with fluid.bufnoveltyfeature~. Without the latency changes in #154 the overlaid outputs will be offer by window_size / hop_size. With that PR also they align.
