@yaroslavsadin, I see the TCL job doesn't work OK in #651 , so I guess it would be good to merge this PR before and run TCL job there again. |

This PR sets
tclintpackage version explicitly and removes unavailable--show-categoriesoption in the latest package (details in https://github.com/nmoroze/tclint/releases/tag/v0.5.0).
