Which components does the task require to be changed? (think hard pls)

Description

Currently, behavior of links to block explorers mechanism and supported explorers are only documented in a limited manner in snfoundry.toml docs, as introduced by #2467. We should document this in a more relevant place in the actual sncast documentation.
