Process note: I think we're waiting for your feedback @ttys0dev, so I've taken it off Alberto's sprint for the moment, but we can add it back once it's ready to move again (yes, we're doing a new sprint thing, sorry!).

@ttys0dev Sorry, we noticed that the new appellate page attachment format is now impacting all appellate courts, so we have applied some tweaks to the PR and merged it.
