Resolves #75

Overall pretty minor changes:

Turned the scheduled messages from plain text messages to Slack Block Kit messages.
Subscribing the scheduled message is now possible without an office argument. Will send a separate message for each office if no office arg was given. The use case for this is probably pretty limited, but can be useful for channels with user groups.
