Kali: Add --burp option, new tools + aliases & bug fixes

+ Add '--burp' (will not configure Burp free otherwise - handy for the people that have Burp pro).
+ Renamed '--msf' to '--hold' (as you may wish to freeze/hold other packages that metasploit...)
+ Improved Internet check (now will fail back to DHCP and checks for possible DNS issues)
+ Improved displayed output (Skippin xyz (for reason))
+ Fix wallpaper issues (404 pages, html/empty results, bad links, added missing one & better random selection)
+ Add colourful aliases
+ Changed nmap alias (display 'open ports' only)
+ Add airodump alias (more details - new in aircrack-ng v1.2 rc2)
+ Add VM path alias
+ Changed tmux shortcuts _(not sure if I agree fully with this yet)_
+ New VIM shortcut (F8 - line number toggle)
+ Add PV - process bar for CLI
+ Hide iceweasel popup at start (due to plugin)
+ Fix metasploit starting issue (disabling all of that - its more of a headache than what its worth)
