Storage discussion

• @shiltemann proposed collecting a number based on the top N tutorials (SH: basically enough space so that people can reasonably participate in the smorgasbord for a week on the server)
• What about providing temporary scratch space.

UseGalaxy.*	Policy
BE	provides 50 GB
FR	anon/10GB, reg/100GB, french/250GB. No erasing so far. scratch: interested
CZ	reg/50GB, would use scratch. Removing data from users inactive longer than a year.
IT	not in production yet.
ES	not in production yet.
NO	larger storage accessible, project storage, smaller user stroage. transfer back and forth. archive storage.

@abretaud suggests adding a formal data policy.

@bgruening requests a ToS linked.

@nekrut requests harmonising the main page. @frederikcoppens pushes back on this, it is not acceptable.

@sveinugu had some concerns over the "membership" and that they have the domain. We update the text in order to reduce the stress.

@bgruening suggests required SIG membership for a 'regional galaxy', that they join the GCB meetings. @nomadscientist points out that many members are there already, as part of a different SIG.

@lecorguille points out the utility of the meetings for admins. @sveinugu seconds. @frederikcoppens is against more meetings (reasonable.)

@hexylena wants admins to communicate in the existing admins channel (or the private one, but she prefers the public since the knowledge benefits everyone.)
