Thanks to the tip from Marius, we can invoke planemo with an empty api key and generate a workflow test from a publicly shared workflow invocation
For now this only works on usegalaxy.org (as noted by the tip) but already that's a fantastic improvement and as soon as other servers deploy it we'll be able to update 'pwdk' to expand that list.
now users can visit a website and plunk in an invocation ID and get back test cases. (I expect this to break far more than the ptdk since pwdk downloads the test data files as well, but, we know it works for reasonable cases.)
