Our pipelines currently do not support management of separate versions. Publish (new) standalone package `ocm` using `gardener-ocm` as distribution-package-name for now (using shared cc-utils-version) to avoid have to release confusing versions to `ocm-lib` distribution-package name (already reserved on pypi).
