* All gardener projects specify images hosted in the `europe-docker.pkg.dev/gardener-project/releases/gardener` registry for public consumption. The previous image is corrected to use the right registry.

What this PR does / why we need it:
europe-docker.pkg.dev/gardener-project/releases/gardenerregistry for public consumption in documentation andREADME.md. The previous image is corrected to use the right registry to stay consistent with the rest of the organization.Special notes for your reviewer:
I have also raised a pull request in the ops-guide repository to correct references to the image hosted in the container registry for public consumption, with the images hosted in the container registry with signed images. Operators will not have to come to this repository to find the "right image".
Release note:
