Community Release

This tag marks the "Community Release" of the TONC tutorial, as we finished implementing all the basic functionality to consider TONC usable and finally a target for contributions and general, mainstream consultation.

We now recommend suggesting https://gbadev.net/tonc instead of https://www.coranac.com/tonc/text/.
