Add external power supply connector explanation and specifications. #565

This fills out the 'External Power Supply' section on the 'External Connectors' page.

Source for electrical stuff is Game Boy cases/shells, with the exception of MGB polarity for which you must consult the PCB.
Wikipedia agrees with my dimensions except has the ID of the smaller connector listed as 0.75 mm. I stuck with 0.7 because I've bought connectors listed as '2.35 mm x 0.7 mm' that claim to adhere to the JEITA standard and successfully used them with MGB & CGB.
I don't own any DMG plugs to measure / test independently.
