This PR updates the github workflows so that they use the correct branch names, and the integration test action has been modified to reflect the changes in the underlying workflow.
One issue that still remains, however, is that the integration test fails when using conda, but not using singularity. I think I found a solution to this, as described in hydra-genetics/snv_indels#100. Then, if I am correct, this is an external issue that can be solved independently of this pipeline.
