This PR contains the configuration for importing Trip data into the spatial database.
I had this code on my laptop and wanted to commit it somewhere, so it's going to live here in private for now.
While it doesn't contain any actual confidential data (except a couple of lines in the tests), I think it's best to get approval from them before publishing anything which might reveal secrets about how they format their data.
