On a fresh Ubuntu install, you can use the install-atlascine.sh shell script to setup Atlascine using these instructions:

git clone https://github.com/ResearchComputingServices/nunaliit-devops.git

cd nunaliit-devops/

cp config_EXAMPLE.sh config.sh
# EDIT config.sh as needed

sudo -s ./install-atlascine.sh
