Old Rust plugin got archived and awaits a rewrite in wasm sandbox. In the meantime, the recommended way is to directly call `rustfmt. See: https://github.com/dprint/dprint-plugin-rustfmt Add `rustfmt.toml` to preserve our custom formatting.
