Troubleshooting: Failed to set Lantern as system proxy

When you saw this alert, it's usually security software on your PC locked your system proxy settings. Please make sure not to prevent Lantern from changing proxy settings on whichever security software you are using. If you are on corporate network, network administrator may enforce policy on all computers too.
Make sure you can change system proxy from Settings (or Control Panel on earlier Windows versions). Here's a screenshot on Windows 10. Change it, quit and open Settings again to make sure your change take effect. Until it succeeds, Lantern won't be able to function as expected.
For those who use 3rd party proxy switching tool, e.g., Proxy SwitchySharp or SwitchyOmega, please uncheck "Manage System Proxy" to stop Lantern from alerting.
