I feel like i probably did something wrong here: getsentry/arroyo#385

i was trying to fix the problems caused by the changes to build.yml here: getsentry/arroyo#378

in principle this shouldn't matter though, if macos builds its own separate wheels then that'd be fine (just that one release artifact might be missing)

I'm actually having a really hard time figuring out why this is failing -- I think this is a pypi.org problem (they had a cdn blip right before this happened) -- I ran the same commands locally and they seem fine so it's probably some weird cache somewhere
