App Submission

This PR shares some Infos/Assets with #1788. In opposite this PR contains InfluxDB v2.0 which comes with different API and Query-Language. Having both options will be nice.

I have tested my app on:

• umbrelOS on a Raspberry Pi
• umbrelOS on an Umbrel Home
• umbrelOS on Linux VM
• umbrelOS on bare metal

I have tested the following functionality

[x] Credentials/Setup is completely managed by onboarding-wizard
[x] Webinterface is accessible
[x] InfluxDB is accessible from Umbrella-Server (tested with HomeAssistant and Grafana)
[x] InfluxDB is accessible from other Server (tested with Grafana)
