Retrospective

What went well

• Released the source
• New store, generally last of major changes
• Remote worked well
• Daily calls were effective
• Second run through of hard migrations, worked
• Start of dashboards, seeing uptime change in maintenance mode

What could have been better

• Not go long? Not that big a deal, but not good habit
• Consistent calls
• Better maintenance of routine during travel
• Over budgeted tasks, didn't take travel into account (maybe 70-80% full time)

Next Sprint

• After DockerCon
• Back to usual routine
• Use break for random misc tasks
• Stop using Milestones for sprints
• Org level project. Figure out wiki later
