Developing `cmd.io` locally

Install Moby Docker for OSX / Linux
Install golang
Install glide, brew install glide
Install make if you don't have it
Run glide install, if you get errors re: github.com/gliderlabs/ssh's version not being found, I belive it's because this branch doesn't exist anymore
