The next release of oslo.policy enables scope check by default. To adopt to the new release, add scope_types definition to all policy rules.

@tobias-urdin Can we have a new stable/4.6 release with this change backported ? I expect the new oslo.policy with scope enforcement enabled by default likely hit u-c in OpenStack soon and this change may be necessary to adopt to it. |
