v1.0.5 -- static metatags
This PR makes Tabula's metatags static so that they are properly visible to web-crawlers.
This is a temporary fix until we can figure out an acceptable solution to allow for dynamic metatags.

v1.0.4 -- remove chain id
This release removes chain names from identifiers in the subgraph, instead it now uses URL routes to differentiate between chains. This mitigates the issue we encountered when changing the name of one network from xdai to gnosis-chain, wherein all commands referencing an existing post on on xdai were rendered invalid.
With this release, Tabula is finally production ready. 🎉

This is the first production-ready release of Tabula.
Releases will be named after ancient Egyptian hieroglyphs, based on Gardiner's sign list (listed more neatly here). Each major version will be a new category, starting with A (Man and his occupations). Each minor version will correspond to the symbol listed if the given category were a zero-indexed array. Patch versions will not modify the hieroglyph.
For example:
v1.0.0 = 𓀀
v5.11.6 = 𓃟
