This has been replaced by `halign`, but in some cases that is already set, to the old `xalign` can be deleted entirely.

I rebased this, and also added removal of stock items from the Glade files. |
This is deprecated in GTK 3.10, and nothing sets a `related-action`, so it should not have any effect.

margin-{left,right}have been replaced bymargin-{start,end}, andxalignwithhalign. In some cases, both were specified, so I deleted the deprecated one.
