Sublime Text 3 has the capability to paste items from the clipboard history without external plugins. This shortcut was missing from the list.

What does "selecting" refer to?

It shows you a list of your previous clipboard items. You can "select" one of them and then trigger the paste action. Feel free to make this clearer since English is not my first language.

So I assume this opens said list (popup) with the clipboard/paste history? Never used OSX.
