Reset caches in production and load audios for jukebox with name and url

• Reset caches for games and teams in production, when starting
• The audio files for the jukebox game will be loaded together with names and URL, to prevent parsing URLs and hacky encoding
• Some small text changes in the game descriptions and more values for the pantomime game
