Added statistics! Solves #38

More specifically, this adds functionality for the statistics button on Professor Bloom's home page. For gardeners, this will show their personal statistics and global statistics.

Global/personal statistics show:

  • All time welcomed
  • Welcomed this month
  • Welcomed this week to date (e.g. today is Wednesday, so it'll show Monday -> Wednesday)
  • Last 7 days (last Wednesday to this Wednesday)
