This PR contains a script that retroactively updates the OG images of scrapbook posts that were added as attachments since Dec 22, 2023 (which is when I originally introduced this feature).
My last PR from 3 days ago (#737) ensures future images are persisted on Scrapbook's AWS S3 Bucket.
