Fixes #655

What changes did you make and why did you make them ?

  • Created a Code of Conduct file using 100 Automations as a reference to ensure that the HfLA code of conduct is included as a file (as opposed to only including a code of conduct on the VRMS GitHub landing page).

Screenshots of Proposed Changes Of The Website (if any, please do not screen shot code changes)

  • No screenshot, due to no changes occurring on the website.

- Created Code of Conduct file per instructions within #655

@jbubar & @trillium This PR only includes a very small change to the code of conduct. Should be a quick review/approval if either of you have a second! :)
