Flutter 3.0 & Rest API from scratch, build a mini Store app

if you are getting this error:

Could not run phased build action using connection to Gradle distribution 'https://services.gradle.org/distributions/gradle-7.4.2-bin.zip'. org.gradle.api.GradleScriptException: A problem occurred evaluating settings 'android'. A problem occurred evaluating settings 'android'. assert localPropertiesFile.exists() | | | false C:\GIT\Learning\Flutter\1-store_flutter_course_rest_api_starter_project\android\local.properties

Deleting the android folder and doing flutter create, rebuilds it with no issues.
