Figures and tables

The notebooks in scripts/150_validation and scripts/175_discovery generate the figures for the manuscript.

For example, to generate the ROC/PR curves:

$ cd [REPO_PATH]/scripts/
$ bash run_nb.sh 150_validation/01_roc-omim_standard-mashr_models.ipynb
