the stack build failed with Could not find [...] ghc-pkg, looks like a ghcup issue.

the cabal build failed with multiple_instances: thread blocked indefinitely in an MVar operation. I've created #134 to track this.

In any case, the fact that all but one test passed makes me confident that hint does indeed work on Windows.
