Last AppImage for glibc 2.17

From 8.8.2024, AppImage will be built on Alma Linux 8, so distros using older glibc than 2.28 won't be supported. However RPM package for CentOS 7 (which is now in EOL state) might still remain for some time, but not longer than 6 months.
