Use usr2arm9ldr to support pre 4.0 firmwares.

This version adds support for firmware 4.0 and before.
Check 3ds.hacks.guide for usage and as always don't forget to leave a like!
Download otherapp1.bin if you are b/w firmware 4.0 - 9.2 and otherapp2.bin if you are on a pre 4.0 firmware.
Rename the downloaded otherapp[1-2].bin to otherapp.bin and put it on your sd card.
