Updates to:

bootstrap.sh to include support for s3 downloads and other error handling.
Updates to the README.md for the satellite-6.12 branch.
Updates to the packer-build.json to include new field "download_program"
Created new build.sh script to handle disconnects appropriately. File now creates a thread and uses nohup to disconnect the user session from the process. Packer process can be viewed using tail -f
