Tables of contents look

Hello,

I was having a go at hyperref options... and wondering how people like it better

1. I can change the color that is easy done, we still need to agree on a nice colour of course :)
2. Do we want the entire line to be an hyperlink a it is now or just the page number (hyperref default)
3. I am not sure we can have text in black but clickable, while page number is coloured and clickable... before somebody ask 😺

I would keep the blue only for URL right now and use orange for links within the document,

What do you guys think ?

PS: Right now we have that setting that will print the hyperlink in black. I love it but it prevents links to have line break which makes it look bad sometimes..
